Join Chef Jacques Haeringer at the award winning L’Auberge Chez Francois for an entertaining cooking demonstration and delightful meal. Jacques will share his passion for classic and contemporary French cuisine and teach expert cooking techniques and tricks of the trade followed by fine food and wine.
Each event, hosted at L'Auberge Chez Franocis, includes a cooking demonstration hosted by Chef Jacques, followed by a five-course luncheon, paired with three fine wines, recipes for the home chef, followed by a five-course luncheon/dinner, paired with three fine wines. A Vintner will be on hand to present and discuss each wine paring, and patrons will have an opportunity to purchase the paired wines at a very special price.
